Core promise
Image, table and PDF tools run locally in your browser. Your chosen files are not sent to FilePiko, and we do not operate a file upload API. Processing libraries load as part of the site; output downloads remain under your control.
What we do not collect
- The contents of images, spreadsheets, text files or PDFs you choose
- Generated converted output or metadata previews
- Original filenames or local file paths
- Hashes used to identify your file contents
What may be collected (product analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: page views, which tool pages are visited, and anonymous interaction patterns such as dead clicks and scroll depth. Events are limited to technical aggregates — tool slug, file counts, success/failure and size savings — never file contents, file names or local paths. IP addresses are anonymized in GA4, and Clarity masks all text input by default.
Cookies & storage
File processing uses only ephemeral in-memory Blob URLs on your device; they are revoked when you clear the queue or leave the page. The analytics services above may set their own cookies (e.g. a Clarity session cookie) to distinguish visits. Blocking third-party cookies or using a content blocker does not break any tool — every converter keeps working.
Third-party services
The static site may be hosted on a CDN or platform (e.g. Cloudflare or Vercel). Those providers see standard web request logs for HTML/JS assets only — not your images.
